A good workout plan starts with knowing what someone can do. The intake records experience, injuries, limitations and notes. That is health data: special category personal data under the GDPR. GymPilot treats it that way.
What the trainer sees
The intake with its consent and a log of who viewed or changed it, and when.
What the member sees
Your members see their own intake on their phone and can withdraw consent. The intake is then permanently deleted right away.
How it works
- Explicit consent, with the date and the version of the consent text. For members under sixteen, a parent gives consent.
- A separate permission to open intakes, independent of workout plans. An overview never shows the contents.
- A log of every creation, view, change and deletion, without the contents themselves.
- Stored encrypted.
- Twelve months after the last workout plan, the intake is deleted automatically.
